Clients often feel their problems are insurmountable or just too hard to handle on their own. The great thing about therapy, though, is that you won’t be alone in the journey but ultimately it is you, yourself, who will be resolving whatever problems you are dealing with. I seek to create a safe, judgment-free space for my clients, based on mutual trust and respect, through active listening and empathy. I will utilize my professional knowledge and skills along with evidence-based practice to help you meet your therapeutic goals.
Through the therapeutic process, I strive to empower my clients and help them develop the capacity to overcome the issues they are struggling with. We are all often capable of so much more than we believe, and therapy can unlock new insights and abilities that can cause great improvements in our lives.
