Dr. Tamara Meixner specializes in helping families navigate the complexities of parenting children with mental health challenges, using evidence-based approaches to strengthen parent-child relationships and create optimal environments for growth. With her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University and extensive training in DBT, she works collaboratively with both parents and youth to reduce suffering, increase fulfillment, and build resilience in facing life’s inevitable challenges.
